FINANCIAL POLICY

The patient is responsible for the entire cost of treatment. We require payment in full at the time the service is rendered. For major services (new dentures) a 50% deposit is required at the start and the balance due upon receiving the finished denture.

We accept cash, debit and Credit Card.

Patients with Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we will accept payments from their Insurance companies on their behalf. However, it is not our obligation and some conditions apply:

1. The portion not covered by insurance is paid the day of services. *If we have not received a pre-authorization we will provide an ESTIMATE of what will be covered.

2. You must provide us with your insurance information and all information needed.

3. Any amounts outstanding past 60 days become the responsibility of the patient.

4. Any amounts NOT covered by insurance is the responsibility of the patient. * If your insurance doesn’t pay all that we have estimated OR less than they have quoted.

Please understand that we do not have any contract agreement with your insurance company.

We provide you with a treatment plan based on your own personal dental needs, not based on what your insurance company will cover.

If your insurance company rejects a claim and refuses to pay for a service it is not a reflection of how important the service is. Our fees reflect our commitment to providing you with the highest quality services.
